Understanding our grading system for refurbished devices

At LOOPLE, we use a grading system to classify refurbished devices based on their cosmetic condition. Each grade reflects the level of visible wear and tear on the product, allowing you to make informed purchasing decisions.

We carefully inspect and match the grades to our own strict criteria to ensure consistency and transparency.

What do our grades mean?

1️⃣ Excellent:

The highest possible grade for a refurbished device. These products are in excellent condition, with no noticeable signs of wear. The product looks almost brand new, with only micro-scratches that are barely visible to the naked eye. Perfect for those seeking pristine quality.

2️⃣ Very Good:

Devices in this grade have minor imperfections, such as light scratches on the screen or body, visible only when viewed closely (more than 20 cm away). A small scratch on the frame is acceptable. The overall condition is very good. This grade offers an excellent balance of quality and price.

3️⃣ Good:

This grade includes devices with more noticeable signs of wear, such as visible scratches, dents, or scuffs on the frame, back cover, or screen. Despite the cosmetic flaws, these products function perfectly and are a budget-friendly choice.
